Preheat the oven to 375┬░F.
Place in an 8 x 8-inch baking pan:
1 unpeeled green breadfruit
Add 1 1/2 cups water to the pan to prevent the breadfruit from burningΓÇöadd more if necessary during cooking. Bake until tender, about 1 hour. Pull out the stem and core (they should come out easily) and discard them. Cut the breadfruit in half and season with:
